Since 1973, they’ve delivered premium horticultural services across workplaces, hotels, and institutions, spanning live and faux landscaping, holiday installations, and display services. With deep roots in biophilic design and a long-standing reputation for excellence, Planterra has grown into a national leader, driven by a team of horticulturists, designers, and display experts who bring nature indoors with intention and artistry.


The Challenge
Despite its industry leadership and reputation, Planterra lacked a digital presence and marketing infrastructure that reflected its legacy, innovation, and modern-day relevance. The absence of a compelling website, structured brand messaging, and up-to-date marketing assets created friction in new business conversations and limited their ability to show up confidently in the market.

The Execution
AMBI partnered with Planterra on a foundational marketing initiative designed to reinvigorate the brand and equip the internal team with the tools needed to expand their reach. The work began with a strategic deep dive into their business, competitors, and user experience, culminating in a tailored website strategy that outlined long-term recommendations for success.
From there, AMBI designed and developed a brand-new website to bring the Planterra story to life online. The site elevated their three core service areas—interior landscaping, holiday production, and display services—while modernizing the brand’s voice and visuals. AMBI also redesigned Planterra’s legacy product catalog, a 64–68 page document. The team refined and standardized copy, implemented new visual treatments that aligned with brand standards, and added thoughtful UX touches like a table of contents and consistent pagination.
Throughout the process, AMBI collaborated closely with Planterra to ensure alignment and accuracy, balancing storytelling with usability and sales enablement needs. Every deliverable was created to scale, allowing the Planterra team to grow with confidence and consistency.
